Party menus – valid from 1 october 2011 to 31 march 2012 

 

The menu should be ordered minimum 5 days in advance

 

Minumum party of 8 people

 

 

Menu 1- Price pr. person: Dkk 385,-

 

  • Parma ham rolled with cream cheese and basil, served with salad

 

  • cockerel breast marinated with rosemary and mild chili, served with pom rösti and rosemary sauce 

 

  • 3 kinds of pickled prunes served with armagnac parfait
 
Menu 2 - Price pr. person: Dkk 405,-
 
  • Lobster bisque served with warm lobster terrine and leeks 
  • Roasted veal served with ratatouilles, thyme-tomato sauce and braised brisket
  • Panna cotta served with lemon sorbet and crispy flakes 
 
Menu 3 - Price pr. person: Dkk 468,-
 
  • Creamy soupe of Jerusalem artichokes served with fried scallops and olive oil.

 

  • Carpaccio og lightly grilled tuna, rolled in mustard and herbs

 

  • Roasted beef tenderloin, served with rosemary baked root crops, potato gratin and madagascar papper sauce

 

  • Rosenborg chocolate cake, served with ginger marinated pineapple and homemade chocolate mousse

 

 

 

 
Additional to the menu : Selection af cheeses, DKK 68,- per person.
 
Evening parties can be arranged at a minimum order of DKK 10.000,-
