The menu must be ordered 5 days prior to the party and for a minimum of 8 people


We are happy to full fill Your choise of courses, but provide 3 examples below

 

 

Menu 1: Price per person: Dkk 385,-

 

  • Parma ham with cream cheese and basil, served with small salads
  • Cockerel marinated with rosemary and mild chili, served with new  potatoes and rosemary sauce.
  • Rhubarb crumble served with baked rhubarb and vanilla parfait.

 
Menu 2: Price per person: Dkk 415,-
  • Lobster bisque served with warm lobster paté.
  • Roasted veal served with ratatouille, tomato-thyme sauce and braised brisket
  • Panna cotta served with lemon sorbet and crispy flakes 
 
Menu 3: Price per person: Dkk 468,-
 
  • Lumpfish roe, served with red onions, crem fraiche and bread
  • Carpaccio of lightly grilled tuna, rolled in mustard and herbs served with small salads
  • Roasted beef tenderloin, served with new potato new herbs and a red wine sauce
  • Rosenborg chocolate cake, served with homemade chocolate mousse and fresh berries

 

 

 

 
Additional to the menus : Selection af cheeses, DKK 68,- per person.


There must be made awarw of menu 3 can be DKK 50,- supplement according to daily value in Lumpfish roe.

There can be up to Sankt Hans ( 23/6 ) be served a starter :
- Green asparagus with egg vinaigrette, served with olive oli and Chervil salad.
